Was confirmed that I woild have reservations in the Bally's Tower and presented my copy to Room reservation checkin manager. Was told that web did not have ascess to Bally Tower. Manager was very direct as if this has happened before. I requested this from the start and to me I was mislead by web.

Upon checking in with my 7 y.o. who was becoming impatient we were greeted by one of the nicest staff members. Her name is front desk and she checked my daughter Zoe and I in with ease. Thanks for the best check-in experience we've ever had.

We usually stay at Balley's in AC. It has a good central location and very good swimming / hot tubs / courts (extra fee). We have stayed in Balley's tower, Claridge Tower, and Garden Tower. We have not stayed in the Denis Tower. Claridge is older and has smaller rooms with less cost. They are on the lower edge of acceptable, I would stay there again. Be sure to park in the Claridge garage if you are staying at the Claridge tower. The Claridge elevator opens to a park which is connected to the boardwalk and beach, so you do not need to walk through a casino in your beach gear. Clariidge also has its own free pool, or you can use the Balley's pool and spa for a fee. In Balley's tower, the rooms are a little larger and up to date. Balley's is more centrally located in the hotel. The Garden tower has more spacious rooms and a spacious bathroom. You wouldn't know it from the inside, but it is really three floors on top of a parking garage. It is a little more out of the way, but if you are staying for a few days, this will be the most comfortable room. You will not have a view from this room. If you need a good view, go with Balley's - even the city views are great. No matter where you are in Balley's you are walking distance to outlets and many choices of dining and shows. WiFi was extra and only gave 2Meg BW.

07/23/2010We been going back here for a year..love the gym,spa n pool...also we stay in the dennis tower all the time..rooms r very clean and modern ...
WE BEEN GOING BACK HERE FOR A YEAR..LOVE THE GYM,SPA N POOL...ALSO WE STAY IN THE DENNIS TOWER ALL THE TIME..ROOMS R VERY CLEAN AND MODERN WITH GRANITE BATHROOMS...CLOSE TO THE PEIR AND RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM THE OUTLETS U NEVER NEED TO MOVE UR CAR...SARAH @ THE FRONT DESK IS GREAT WE LOVE HER...BALLYS IS IN THE BEST LOCATION...WE WILL B BACK IN AUG THIS TIME FOR 2 NIGHTS CANT WAIT......

I think the hotel forgot to clean our room. The beds were made but there were no towels and no toilet tissue in the bath room. The bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty.
