Traveled with my 3 girls and we had a wonderful time. Time and Money well spent except the line for the cafe was long and the server was rude but I didn't let the server ruin my hard earn money & time. I left and spent my $* in the casino :) Yes we will stay again

This would have been a nice get-a-way, if it was an all inclusive resort. The lines were long from the time we got there to the time we left. The staff were very courtious the room was nice and clean. As we got there the line to check in was very long, we then got out to use the self-service. It could not find our reservation so we had to get back in line but only at the very end which by this time was even longer. the food prices were very high in cost and was not the quaility of food for the price. the pool was very good and it was great,but if you use it be sure to get there at 7:00 A.M. so that you can get a chair they fill up very fast. In all and all we have been there, tried it, and most likely not go that route. Save a little extra money and go to an all incluvise resort.

The room itself was good.Only two people at check in, long wait. Personal Items missing from our room. The ice machine not working. Elevators one day not working. Not many places to eat lunch long lines for breakfast and dinner. Long lines at the buffet. No chaires at the pool many with just towels. 40 minute wait for free shuttle to broardwalk. Shuttles very bumpy. Unless you plan on not leaving hotel, do not stay here.

Check In ,Nightmare,Lobby was mobed, very angry people. wrong rooms,tried to give me two rooms with one bed in each room,I requested. one bed in one room ,two beds in other room.Then they gave us ajoining rooms and told me they would put in a cot in the room (unexceptable).These rooms I noticed were also10 rooms apart.I had to go back to the desk again.Then after a while we were given the rooms i requested, one king bed , one double bed room but I would not have my bay view, but by now I just wanted to go to my room.Oh sorry rooms were not ready yet come back at 4:00.Still could not get room keys after standing in this ungodly line for the third time.The lobby was mobed and many rooms were not cleaned.. so I was told to come back at 4:30.well now only one room was available the other still had not been cleaned, it is now 5:pm and still I only had keys for one room *. So I decided to bring all our bags to the one room. When I get on the eighth floor I notice all the rooms going down the hall way including the ajoining room had all been cleaned but not released. So i hunted down house keeping.She told me all the rooms were clean but she had no clean towels since 10:am that morning and had just recieved them.She handed me astack of towels and she accompany me to room * to release the room.I then had to go back down to the lobby for the keys to the other room.I did not get int my room until around 5:30. also. 10.95 daily to hookup my laptop to the internet. $* for gym use daily'.
