It took us at least 20 mins. to find our room-very poorly marked signs. Then when we went to take a shower at night the handicapped shower was too small for me and it flooded the bathroom floor-so everytime we went in the bathroom after the shower the floor was soaked. And the adjoining room was having aloud party that quickly ended at 6 AM! We actually checked out of the hotel by 8:30 AM and canceled our room for that night!

this was mt T second time at the Tropicana and I must say that the check in was much faster than previously. I was very pleased with the room accommodations as I had booked 2 rooms since traveling with my family. We stayed in the classic room accommodation with a wonderful view of the ocean something that I always wanted. So now the family and myself are planning to vacation again at the Tropicana as it has something for everyone food, entertainment,the beach and the boardwalk.

I booked before I read some of the reviews here, so I was extremely nervous. The only real problem we had was getting to the room ...I would suggest putting more signs up so that those who are unfamiliar with the Tropicana can get where they need to go without the extra hassle. Other than that, our room in the South Tower was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed the mall, movies , and casino. There was really no need to go anywhere else. Will stay again.

The in-room internet services were down during my stay there. I had to go down stair and use the wi-fi service at the Starbucks Coffee in the hotel, a major inconvenience. Swimming pool was okay but could have been better maintained. Map and directional signs to navigate within this big hotel/casino were very poor. Had to walk around a few times before figuring out where I am.
