We normally have great stays at Ceasar's. I decided to upgrade to a "luxury level" room for $* on a Sat. and $* for Sun. as we were attending a concert at the casino. Website promised two queens, we got two fulls. Promised flat screen wall mounted TV, got a big old model on the dresser. Promised AC skyline view we got a view of another tower. Promised a deluxe bathroom with amenities got a tub and an old shower. I realize there are different classes of rooms because we have stayed in luxury rooms at Ceasar's before. When I complained they did not adjust the bill. We were pretty much told they were sold-out, too bad.

Yes front desk person had excellent customer service skills. Room service was quick and our overall experience was an excellent one with the staff, bell boy, luggage, valet parking, etc. We have come there and stayed the last 3 years and have had an excellent time. Just got rewards card finally and am hopeful that we can get a free room from time to time so we can come and stay more often. Thanks for your hospitality.

I only stayed 2 days and 1 night, but i thought it was nice. The hotel was very clean. Lobby, casino, restrooms, dining area, ect were tidy and fresh. The room was nice, but you either got a king or two double beds, which I thought was a little weird. The service was very professional. I called housekeeping for more towels and they were delivered within 15 minutes! We were able to check-in at noon, instead of waiting till 4pm. The valet and bell hop were able to recommend good places for dining as well as give directions ot neighboring casinos. If you are comparing this hotel to the four star hotels in Vegas, you will be disappointed, so please don't. The rooms are smaller with bathrooms that only have a stand-up shower and no tub. But this was a great reality getaway. My only complaint would be that they do not have enough cocktail waitresses to cover the casino floor. We only saw one every 20 minutes or so. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, in fact I am going back next month!

Beautiful Room but we could literally hear every sound from the next room. It was terrible. I bought some ear plugs the last day which helped. Like I said, however, the room was very nice. We didn't feel like they went out of their way in the service department, but no one was rude. Warning: we signed up for a premium room and they gave us something totally different. They did switch it, however, when we went back to the desk. It's nice that it's on the water. Overall, there are other hotels that we visited that appear to be more fun and a better deal.
